Midwest Legal Docs LLC • Refund Policy

Refund Policy

Effective October 22, 2026

1. General Policy

Because many Midwest Legal Docs LLC services involve custom document preparation and administrative work, payments may become non-refundable once work has started.

2. Cancellations Before Work Starts

If a customer cancels before work begins, Midwest Legal Docs LLC may issue a full or partial refund, less any payment-processing fees, third-party charges, or other costs already incurred in connection with the order.

3. Cancellations After Work Starts

Once document preparation, review, drafting, filing preparation, research, customization, or other administrative work has started, service fees are generally non-refundable.

4. Third-Party Fees

Government filing fees, court fees, registered-agent fees, postage, shipping, notary fees, payment-processing fees, and other third-party charges are non-refundable once paid or incurred.

5. Corrections

If Midwest Legal Docs LLC makes a clerical or document-preparation error, we will make reasonable corrections at no additional charge. Customers should report the error promptly and provide enough information for us to review and correct it.

6. No Guarantee of Acceptance or Outcome

Refunds are not provided solely because a court, government agency, bank, business, or other third party rejects, delays, declines, or does not accept a filing or document, or because the customer does not obtain a desired outcome, unless the problem was directly caused by an error made by Midwest Legal Docs LLC.

7. Refund Requests

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@midwestlegaldocs.com. The request should include the customer's name, order number, date of purchase, service purchased, and the reason for the request.

Midwest Legal Docs LLC will review each request according to this policy and the circumstances of the order.
